A secret organization of mercenaries and assassins founded by the Roman Catholic Church, dating back to Ancient Rome. During the Great Schism of 1054, The Order separated from the Roman Catholic Church and became its own entity, operating in the shadows and serving both the Eastern Orthodox and the Roman Catholic Church. The organization remained closely tied to the Pope and often operated as hired mercenaries for centuries, having major roles in the expansion of the Church. The Order began heavily operating in the eastern European country of Moldavia (modern day Moldova) during the Ottoman Empire's resistance, and have remained stationed there, but also having heavy influence in the Vatican, Istanbul, and Israel. In modern times, the Order operates both in the interest of financial gain and the protection of the faith. Members of the Order are called Disciples.
